Soner Akkaya (born October 26, 1985 in Istanbul) is the founder of first Turkish underground music management and tour booking agency. He is the manager of several Turkish artists such as Pickpocket, Radical Noise, Second and Kent Coda and Turkish actor and rock artist Erdem Yener. == Early life == Soner Akkaya was born in Ankara, Turkey. In 1999 age 14 he organized his first concert in a small bar at Taksim. After six years in high school, he started to work with night clubs and concert venues in Istanbul. In 2004, he started to work with Mute Promotions, Host Productions and Bronx Productions in Istanbul. He has been in the biggest productions in Turkish Music History including P!nk, Chuck Berry, Buena Vista Social Club artist Omara Portuondo, Deftones, Incubus, Samantha Fox, W.A.S.P., My Dying Bride, Katatonia Turkey Tour and Suicidal Tendencies. He worked with Bronx Club for three years as Music Director. He booked more than 30 foreign artists, and organized local shows and parties for every week. In 2007, he went to Erzurum for his military service. His commander Staff Colonel dispatched him to book morale tours for soldiers at interior gendarme stations.
